Therapy for teens, adults, and couples
In San Francisco and online throughout California. A holistically grounded, embodied, and spiritually open approach to therapy.
Welcome
Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you're trying to find the right fit. If you've found your way here, there's likely something in your life asking for attention, understanding, or change. This is a space where we can slow down and make sense of your experience.
My approach is grounded, embodied, and open to deeper questions of meaning and spirituality. Rather than focusing only on thoughts or behaviors, we look at the whole of your experience, your emotions, your body, your relationships, and your inner world.
Drawing from parts work, somatic awareness, and depth-oriented therapy, we work together to understand the patterns that shape your life, reconnect with parts of yourself that may feel distant, and create change that feels meaningful and sustainable.
More About My ApproachAwareness grows in the space where judgment softens and curiosity begins.
