About the Work

Understanding who I am and how I approach the therapeutic relationship

My Approach

I work with teens, adults, and couples who are interested in understanding themselves more deeply while navigating life transitions, relationships, and the patterns that shape their lives.

My personal and professional path is shaped by curiosity, empathy, and a commitment to understanding the people I work with. Identity is not fixed; it's shaped through roles and lived experience. For me, this includes being a cisgender white female (she/her), a daughter to aging parents, a mother, a partner, a business owner, a creative, and a counselor. These experiences inform how I show up—with openness, humility, and respect for your unique story.

Early exposure to both Buddhism and Catholicism, along with a daily meditation practice, has influenced an ongoing exploration of meaning and inner life. This carries into the work, where there is space for intuition, spirituality, and curiosity, always held with care and without assumption.

Holistic & Trauma-Informed

This is a holistic, trauma-informed approach that recognizes the connection between thoughts, emotions, the body, relationships, and environment. Drawing from existential and humanistic perspectives, the work is grounded in the belief that people are not problems to be fixed, but individuals navigating complex lives with the capacity for awareness and change.

Our work together is collaborative, embodied, and paced with care. Integrating somatic awareness, parts work, mindfulness, and psychodynamic therapy, we explore the deeper patterns shaping your experience, attending to both your internal world and the relationships around you.

Awareness grows in the space where judgment softens and curiosity begins.
